So after hooking up the Airstream to our truck (which took about 2 hours because we had to run temporary lights and just other versus complications that arose) we go to pull away, pulling the trailer out of it's parking place that it had called home for about 2 years. We wanted to check the tire pressure to make sure it could make the 3 hour drive home and as soon as Levi gets down to look at the tires he lets out a huge bark of laughter. I get out and walk around and him and an employee from the hardware store are picking and poking at the tires like it's a foreign bug. "Dry rot", "wreck", "not going anywhere" are only some of the scary phrases I was trying to block out at that point.
All we could do was get in and pray. 5 mins down the road we found a tire shop but they were PaCKeD! so we kept driving and not even 5 mins later we found another place that didn't have but one car in the lot!!! WooHoo!!! So we pull up, take up the whole parking lot, and meet the owner and his wife and they have exactly 4 trailer tires in stock!!!!!!! This couple was so nice and I wish I had taken a picture of both of them, but this is him jacking up Meatier!!
So after about another hour we had new tires and were finally ready to take 'er home!

First thing on the list was to TaKE eVeRyThiNG OuT!!!! So we did.
All that was left at the end of the week was the bathroom but since we were planning to reuse a lot of that we took a little more time in removing those parts!!
